Frequently asked questions
I do not have a booking engine – can I still use this?
Yes. Every package includes a booking request form: the visitor fills in dates and contact details and the request arrives in your inbox. You do not need a booking engine to start.
If you get a booking engine later, we connect it to the site so visitors can book directly.
What exactly is the booking engine connection (via direct link)?
Many PMS systems provide a booking link of their own. We wire it into the buttons on your site, so the visitor goes straight to your property’s booking engine and completes the reservation there.
Not every PMS supports this, but most of the well-known ones do – such as WebHotelier, one of the most complete services in the field.
An API connection is a different case: it is reviewed per system first and priced separately from the package.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your own name and stays yours, even if our collaboration ends at some point.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5-10 working days, from the moment we have your material: photos, texts and contact details.
What do I pay after the first year?
Only the yearly renewal of your package, once a year. It covers domain, hosting, licences and technical maintenance – the amount is shown on each package above.
There is nothing else to pay, unless you ask for one of the additional services.
